My Testimony
I’d like to bear my testimony that I know that all of the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are true. I believe it with all my heart, might, mind, and strength. I know that my Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ, live and He hears and answers my prayers daily. I believe that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God and that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ appeared to him, and through him the fulness of the Gospel was restored in these latter-days. I know that the Book of Mormon and the Bible are true. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and that it was translated by the power of God through Joseph Smith . I know that President Gordon B. Hinckley is the true and living prophet of our Church today. I know that the Priesthood has been restored to this earth and that it is the greatest power on the earth. I know that through this power and choosing what is right, I can live with my family forever, and I will return to live with my Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and all the loved ones that have gone before me again. I am so thankful to know and believe all these things because they bring me happiness and light when I am surrounded by darkness and trial. My world might crumble around me, but I will always know that I am a child of God. I know who I am, I know why I am here, and I know where I am going. I say these things in the name of His son, even Jesus Christ. Amen.
